अपाङ्गता भएका महिलाहरूको महासंघ नेपाल (FWDN) को Disability, Inclusion & Livelihood सम्बन्धि परियोजना सन्चालन Steering Committee को नियमित बैठक कागेश्वरि मनोहरा नगरपालिकाकामा सम्पन्न ।

अपाङ्गता भएका महिलाहरूको महासंघ नेपाल (FWDN) ले अपाङ्गता तथा विकास साझेदार (DDP, UK) यूकेको आर्थिक साझेदारितामा तथा कागेश्वरी मनोहरा नगरपालिकाको समन्वयमा कागेश्वरि मनोहरा मा FWDN द्वारा सन्चालित Disability, Inclusion & Livelihood सम्बन्धि परियोजना सन्चालन Steering Committee को नियमित बैठक कागेश्वरि मनोहरा नगरपालिकाका उप्उप्-प्रमुख शान्ता थापाको अध्यक्षतामा मिति २०८२/११/५ (२०२५ फेब्रुअरी १७) गते कागेश्वरी मनोहरा नगरपालिकाको सभाहल, थलीमा सम्पन्न भएको थियो l उक्त बैठकमा हाल सम्म सम्पन्न गतिबिधिहरुको प्रस्तुति, समिक्षा, चुनौति, समाधान र अगामि योजनाका सन्दर्भमा केन्द्रित गरि छलफल गरिएको थियो । यसैगरि बैठकमा कागेश्वोरी मनोहरा नगरपालिकाको तर्फबाट बालबालिका जेष्ठ नागरिक तथा सामाजिक सुरक्षा शाखाकी शाखा प्रमुख, अपाङ्गता सम्बन्धि काम गर्ने स्थानिय सस्थाका प्रतिनिधि, प्रशासन प्रमुख, कार्यपालिका सदस्य, गैसस महासङ्घका स्थानिय प्रतिनिधि, स्थानिय अपाङ्गता भएका ब्यक्ति , CBR का प्रतिनिधि, FWDN का प्रतिनिधिहरु र परियोजनाको प्राविधिक साझेदार संस्था नेपाल अपाङ्ग मानव अधिकार केन्द्र (DHRC ) का प्रतिनिधिहरुको उपस्थित रहेको थियो । बैठकमा सक्रिय भूमिका निभाउनु भएका सबै प्रतिनिधिज्युहरु, सहभागीहरु, कागेश्वोरी मनोहरा नगरपालिका का उपप्रमुख ज्यु , नेपाल अपाङ्ग मानव अधिकार केन्द्र, अपाङ्गता तथा विकास साझेदार (DDP, UK) प्रति हार्दिक आभार व्यक्त गर्दछौ । The Federation of Women with Disabilities Nepal (FWDN), in financial partnership with Disability and Development Partners (DDP, UK) and in coordination with Kageshwori Manohara Municipality, successfully conducted the regular Steering Committee meeting of the Disability, Inclusion & Livelihood project implemented by FWDN in Kageshwori Manohara. The meeting was held on 2082/11/05 (February 17, 2025) at the Municipal Hall, Thali, under the chairpersonship of the Deputy Mayor of Kageshwori Manohara Municipality, Ms. Shanta Thapa. The meeting focused on the presentation and review of activities completed so far, discussions on challenges and solutions, and planning for upcoming activities. Participants in the meeting included the Head of the Children, Senior Citizens and Social Security Section from Kageshwori Manohara Municipality, representatives from local organizations working on disability issues, the Chief Administrative Officer, Executive Committee members, local representatives of the NGO Federation, persons with disabilities from the local community, representatives from CBR, representatives from FWDN, and representatives from the project’s technical partner organization, the Nepal Disabled Human Rights Center (DHRC).
